At Personal Success and Advancement Academy, we strive to empower, motivate and build the confidence of students so that they may develop the necessary knowledge, maturity and a sense of self to ensure a successful future.

What We Do

We partner with k-12 schools and organizations that serve youth in order to support individual student needs, improve academic gains and encourage professional growth. Our curriculum focuses on emotional readiness, college readiness and work readiness, and we believe that each student has the ability to gain skills that will allow them to reach academic success and become more likely to be employable.

Why We Do It

Here at Personal Success and Advancement Academy, we know that it is important to help guide and nurture the development of the next generation of leaders and achievers. We believe that emotional well being, education and the right skills set is the foundation for success.

Curriculum

Our curriculum for middle school and high school youth is divided into segments for easy integration into a school or youth program. The training includes engaging activities, games and a workbook. Participants will take part in role playing and other creative activities that make it fun to learn the material and gain new skills.
